Building C, the largest on the Cool Springs Life Sciences Center campus at 90,000 square feet, is now available for leasing. The shell is designed to accommodate a range of manufacturing or laboratory operations, from full-size companies to entrepreneurs in the accelerator stage. BioMimetic Therapeutics, Inc. will be utilizing one floor of this facility for its manufacturing operations. The infrastructure components include UPS first stage backup and clean power, 1,000 KW generator, chiller based HVAC capable of single pass air up to eight changes per hour, and a lab waste acid pit. In addition, there is a GMP compliant security and access control system and fiber optic voice/data infrastructure.The manufacturing facility includes regulatory classified clean room space suitable for pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device manufacturing as well as unclassified space for downstream packaging and support operations.
