The state-of-the-art Cool Springs Life Sciences Center campus will ultimately include three buildings, planned to encompass approximately 140,000 square feet, which may be custom configured to meet tenant needs. The campus concept allows for collaborative sharing of key laboratory, research and meeting facility assets, fostering a collegial atmosphere to stimulate creative thinking and create mutually beneficial scientific and marketing opportunities.
