CSLSC Building C | Lower Level | a 21st Century Manufacturing Facility for the Life Sciences
Building Three, the largest on the Cool Springs Life Sciences Center campus, will initially include construction of the shell building, specific utility infrastructure that is an integral part of the base building, and interior space to house the manufacturing facility. The shell will be designed to accommodate a range of manufacturing or laboratory operations. The infrastructure components include a state of the art two stage back up power back up system, pharmaceutical grade water system, GMP Grade utilities, and pharmaceutical level HVAC infrastructure. The manufacturing facility will include regulatory classified clean room space suitable for pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device manufacturing as well as unclassified space for downstream packaging and support operations. BioMimetic Therapeutics, Inc. will be utilizing one floor of this facility for its manufacturing operations.
